Having a background comprised of both traditional and non-traditional medicine, has brought Rebecca's view of healing full circle. Her years of experience within the healing community as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Nurse, have only enhanced her determination and ability when it comes to helping her clients live happier and healthier lives. Born and raised in New Hampshire, Rebecca grew up surrounded by the outdoors. From camping to hiking and even owning her own horse, she has always known the potential of nature to heal both mind and body. This intuitive sense was only confirmed for her during her training as a massage therapist, which she received from the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health. She received her Reiki Master attunement from Sacred Oak Healing Services, LLC and her CranioSacral I training from the Upledger Institute. Sensing that many people she spoke to often doubted the validity of Massage Therapy as a treatment, she furthered her education by becoming a Registered Nurse in 2010. Rebecca specializes in medically complicated cases, deep tissue, sports injury, myofascial release and chronic pain treatments. She believes every single person can benefit from massage therapy and other alternative therapies, especially those not finding help from traditional western medicine.
"I believe body and energy work is a partnership between the client and the therapist. I have dedicated my life to being there for anyone that has decided they truly want to heal and come walking through my door. I look forward to meeting you!"

What Rebecca's Clients Are Saying!
"Hi, Rebecca, I came to see you last week, last Wednesday, to be exact and I have to tell you that you really worked some magic on me! I haven't needed to take any (of my pain medications) since I saw you a week ago today. I was beginning to worry a bit before that about being in so much pain and needing the medications. I am convinced that your technique, including the (Massage Cupping) you did, made a real difference. Thank you!"
"Thank you for your healing powers! I still feel energized and peaceful (after my treatment yesterday)."
"Fantastic massage! Soothing atmosphere. Her work perfectly straddled that line of effective sports massage and relaxation. Looking forward to returning."
"That was one of the best massages I have ever received if not THE best. Thanks!"
"Got a massage yesterday here after a recommendation from a friend. I am totally sold. The massage helped my injury more than the last three physical therapy sessions I have had and the owner was wonderful. She is a nurse and not too over the top as far as the "new'agey" stuff. It is a small business and I almost hate to rave about it as she will start to get too busy but I think she deserves the call-out. If you want a therapeutic massage that really gets deep into your muscles, this is better than anything I've tried so far."
"Professional and thoughtful. I recommend it 100%"
"Rebecca did a wonderful massage. I definitely will return to her"
"I thought she was very professional and pleasant. Definitely one of the best massages I've had. I will go back as well as recommend her to my friends."
"If you're looking for a relaxing massage, this is the place to visit. Rebecca, the owner, offers a cozy, quiet space that initially sets the mood. She listens to your complaints and tailors the massage according to your needs. I've been going to Rebecca for several years now for my sciatic and carpal tunnel pain. I always leave Living Mantras feeling relaxed, and free of my aches and pains. I highly recommend going her for massage."
