For years as a social worker Rebecca Szeg has been on a path to work with people to reach their wellness goals. Within herself this took the form of self-care through activities like yoga, meditation, and time spent in nature hiking, camping, and kayaking. In 2014 her interest in self-care and helping others joined forces when she entered the Massage Therapy program at Great Bay Community College. There she became fascinated in learning about how the body is capable of healing itself. She was also witness to how much massage therapy can aid in that process by helping people decrease stress, improve sleep, increase joint range of motion, and aid in pain care management.
Rebecca uses a blend of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques (Trigger Point, Neuromuscular Technique, and Myofascial Release) during her massages. Rebecca also enjoys blending in energy work in the form of Reiki to aid in the healing process.
